With our 60-Night return policy, we’ll give you a refund* if you’re not absolutely in love with your linen by then. Just send an email to email@example.com within 60 days of the delivery receipt date to begin the return process.
You will receive a refund* in the original method of payment once we inspect the returned items. You will also be sent a refund notification by email once it has been processed. All returned items will be donated to a local charity, so we ask that they come back undamaged and unmarked.
We do not accept gift card returns. All shipping (including for returns) and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Flax Set pricing will not be retroactively applied to Sheet and Duvet Sets that are purchased in separate transactions. Holiday and promotional pricing (i.e. Black Friday, Boxing Day) will not be retroactively applied.
Last Chance items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of the delivery receipt date. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process.
*For US customers, a handling fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund. We are charged a customs brokerage fee to receive returned items from the US, so this handling fee covers a small portion of that.
