With our 60-Night return policy, we’ll give you a refund* if you’re not absolutely in love with your linen by then. Just send an email to email@example.com within 60 days of the delivery receipt date to begin the return process.
You will receive a refund* in the original method of payment once we inspect the returned items. All returned items will be donated to a local charity, so we ask that they come back undamaged and unmarked.
We do not accept gift card returns. All shipping (including for returns) and handling fees are nonrefundable.
*For US customers, a handling fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund. We are charged a customs brokerage fee to receive returned items from the US, so this handling fee covers a small portion of that.
