Our “60-Night Sleep-On-It” return policy means that if you haven’t completely fallen in love with your new linen, you may reach out to email@example.com within 60 nights of your delivery receipt date to begin the return process.
Returns for exchange or store credit*
Falling in love is a journey, and sometimes the first try doesn’t work out. Whether you’re in need of a different size or the shade just isn’t working in your space, we’ll happily help you to exchange your item for something that you can really see yourself settling down with. We’ll cover the cost of the return shipping for your exchange, so please reach out by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get the ball rolling.
Last Chance items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of the delivery receipt date. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to use at your convenience.
Returns for refund*
So linen’s not for you? No sweat! You will receive a refund in the original method of payment once we inspect the returned items. All returned items are subject to a $10 CAD processing fee. This processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Reach out to us by email and we’ll provide you with instructions for printing your return label.
As we donate returned items to our charity partner, Atira Women’s Resource Society, we kindly ask that they are returned unmarked and undamaged.
No Retroactive Discounts
Flax Set pricing will not be retroactively applied to Sheet and Duvet Sets that are purchased in separate transactions. If you purchase a Flax Set and decide to return only the sheet set or the duvet set, the bundle discount will be removed when calculating your refund.
Holiday and promotional pricing (i.e. Black Friday, Boxing Day) will not be retroactively applied.
We do not accept gift card returns.
*For US Returns and Exchanges
We do not cover return shipping for refunds or exchanges. A handling fee of $20 will be deducted from all refunds. We are charged a customs brokerage fee to receive returned items from the US, so this handling fee covers a small portion of that fee.
